"Decolonial Gift Shop" is a collection of small size oil on canvas portraits of sculptures made by Argentine artist Laura Ojeda Bär, based on various photographic records from books and the internet. These recognizable images of what art is, are how most of us learn to appreciate it.

This publication, a complete and reasoned catalogue, contains postcard reproductions of the first 78 DGS paintings. To this day this archive continues to grow, adding new paintings, mutating in form, overflowing onto new circuits. Now obsolete, postcards survive as memorabilia, typical souvenirs from gift shops. It is up to each reader to preserve this object as presented or disassemble it and put each of its pages into circulation.
